We are seeking an experienced ATPL-qualified Commander to lead Flight Operations under our expanding Dutch EASA AOC - a leader who lives these values every day and sets the standard for others to follow.

- Driving continuous improvement in procedures, manuals and training.

Build Collaboration
Our success depends on teamwork across borders and disciplines. In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Accountable Manager and senior leadership.
- Partner with Safety, Compliance, Crew Training and Finance.
- Engage constructively with trade unions, customers and stakeholders.
- Support harmonisation of processes across the expanding Dutch AOC.
With regular travel across Europe, you will maintain strong relationships and operational insight at each base.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
Your Profile
You are:
- An ATPL-qualified Commander (PIC).
- Eligible to hold the EASA Nominated Person Flight Operations position.
- A respected leader who inspires trust and accountability.
- Experienced in multi-site or complex operational environments.
- Highly knowledgeable in EASA regulations and flight operations.
- An excellent communicator who leads with clarity and confidence.
Knowledge of Vantage systems and Dutch language skills are advantageous.
