We are looking for a FLIGHT OPERATIONS MANAGER (M/F/D) for our AVIATION COMPANY D-385AOC and our AIR WORKS DE.SPO.385 as of 01.02.2026 in permanent employment
We are a second-generation family business employing approximately 80 people and offering various helicopter services.
Our portfolio encompasses a wide range of services, including all types of sightseeing flights, passenger transport, power line monitoring, pilot training and advanced training at our affiliated flight school, and helicopter maintenance in our own maintenance facility.
Our fleet includes Bell 206, Bell 407, and Bell 505 models, which are used in flight operations. We also operate Bell 412s and H145s in Part 145 operation. The airworthiness of all aircraft is monitored at our in-house CAMO.
Your tasks:
- Management position in flight operations (CAT, SPO) as flight operations manager
- Planning flight operations
- Further development of flight operations including creation of SOPs
- Coordination and execution of maintenance check flights for P145 operations
- Commander of CAT & SPO flights
Your profile:
- Valid EASA Part FCL license for commercial helicopter pilots CPL(H) / ATPL(H)
- Comprehensive knowledge of aviation law
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as a pilot in flight operations for an aviation company
- at least 2000 hours of flight experience as PIC
- Experience on turbine helicopters, preferably SET/MET
