Alpine Air Alaska, LLC is a helicopter tour and charter operator with bases in Anchorage, Girdwood, and Valdez,  Alaska. 
Trusted since 1991, the company is the longest serving helicopter operator in Southcentral Alaska.
 In addition to providing extraordinary helicopter tourism experiences and statewide charter and utility flights, the team runs an FAA-accredited helicopter flight school, and a Robinson Helicopter certified maintenance facility. 

Job Summary: Alpine Air Alaska is recruiting aircraft maintenance technicians for the Summer 2024 season and beyond.  Positions are full-time seasonal, with full-time permanent opportunities for the right technician. Our main base of operations is located in Anchorage, Alaska but mechanics may travel to perform work in various locations throughout the state. 

Preferred applicants will hold a valid A&P license and have been carded or eligible to be carded for fire suppression work in the state of Alaska with an AS350B3. 
The ideal candidate has: 
• A valid A&P License for a minimum of 24 months. 
• Been actively involved in aircraft maintenance for 12 of the preceding 24 months. 
• 12 months total experience maintaining the AS350B3, or 
• Taken a manufacturers maintenance course or an equivalent contractor’s course for AS350B3. 
• At least three consecutive months maintaining the helicopter away from employer’s base of operation and with minimal supervision. If you are not eligible to be carded we are still interested in hearing from you.  We have available positions for technicians with experience or the desire to gain experience maintaining the AS350, R66, R44 and R22.  Our maintenance base at Merrill Field in Anchorage, Alaska is an excellent environment to learn new skills or put existing ones to work.

Job Requirements: 
• Valid US driver's license 
• Valid FAA airframe and power plant certificate 
• Ability to pass random drug tests 
• Field work and/or Part 135 experience
