Job Overview:

We are seeking a Flight Instructor with a positive disposition to join our team. As a Flight Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of aviators by providing flight training and instruction to aspiring pilots. Your responsibility will encompass ensuring their safety and proficiency in the air.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct flight training sessions for students, including both ground instruction and in-flight lessons.
  • Implement comprehensive lesson plans and training materials tailored to student needs.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement.
  • Demonstrate proper flying techniques and maneuvers, emphasizing safety and precision.
  • Ensure strict compliance with aviation regulations and safety protocols throughout training.
  • Maintain records of student progress and training hours for accurate tracking.
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to continuously enhance and refine the training program.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Flight Instructor Instrument Certificate (CFII).
  • Minimum of 200 hours of flight experience.
  • Endorsed in the Robinson R22 and R44 Helicopters.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
