We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAME) specializing in Rotary Wing aircraft to join our Engineering Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing safe and efficient processes in aircraft repair, maintenance & servicing to meet operational demands, assist in accomplishment of the company’s goals & objectives and to grow internal certification capabilities. Work schedule is 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid GCAA License (B1.3 Mechanical) or an equivalent ICAO Type II / UK CAA Part-66 / EASA Part-66 B1.3 AML directly convertible to GCAA.
- Minimum 2 active Type Ratings on rotary-wing aircraft types operated by ADA (AW139, AW169, Bell 412, Bell 212, H145).
- Minimum 8+ years of certifying experience as a B1.3 engineer on relevant rotary-wing aircraft types.
Preferred / Additional Qualifications:
- Proven background in offshore oil & gas support operations.
- Valid HUET certification
- Valid UAE or international driving license.
- In-depth knowledge of GCAA / EASA airworthiness regulations, human factors, and aviation safety standards.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in remote/offshore environments.
