We are seeking experienced helicopter pilots with a minimum of 2,000 turbine flight hours to join our VIP charter division. Candidates with AW109 type experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
Based at Liskeard,Cornwall.This is a rota-based position offering a dynamic and varied operational environment. The role will involve travel and temporary assignments across Castle Air’s operational bases, supporting high-end charter and specialist missions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant VIP and commercial flight operations
Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service
Ensure full compliance with CAA regulations, safety protocols, and company procedures
Participate in a flexible rota, including travel and temporary deployments
Work collaboratively to support a high-performance team culture
Requirements
CPL(H) or ATPL(H) licence
Minimum 2,000 hours turbine flight time
AW109 type rating (preferred)
Instrument Rating (IR) (preferred)
Experience in VIP or passenger transport operations (desirable)
Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
