For our Airbus Helicopters location in Donauwörth, we are looking to fill a position as soon as possible to support the Kassel Aviation Technical School department.
Technical instructor for Airbus internal training (m/f/d) in the area of our basic training.
This position requires a civilian or military maintenance license CS-CAT B1.3 or B2 as well as qualified further training in the form of a master craftsman/technician qualification or a university degree.
This position can also be performed with a reduced weekly working time of at least 28 hours/week and a correspondingly adjusted scope of duties.

These are your tasks with us:
They are independently responsible for the preparation and delivery of theoretical teaching sessions for Airbus internal training programs.
This includes, among other things, the following basic aviation technical training courses for civil (EASA) and military (DEMAR) aviation in German and English:
- Module 7 "Maintenance"
- Module 9 "Human Factor"
- Module 10 "Aviation Legislation"
- Module 12 "Aerodynamics, structures and systems of helicopters"
This includes:
- Independent delivery of theoretical teaching, including maintaining the necessary course records and creating documentation.
- Creating training materials as well as demonstration and practice objects, using planning techniques for lesson delivery and applying appropriate presentation techniques.
- Guiding and directing course participants towards responsible action
- Moderation of groups and targeted guidance of discussions and presentation of results
- Assessing the influence of group structure on group behavior, as well as developing and implementing corrective measures.
- Secure, clear and precise communication in spoken and written form in German and English.
You possess the following qualifications/skills:
- You have a completed degree or alternatively a completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (m/f/d) and qualified further training as a master craftsman, technician (m/f/d)
- They can demonstrate many years of relevant professional experience.
- They hold a civilian or military maintenance license CS-CAT B1.3 or B2
- They possess in-depth aviation technical expertise as well as knowledge and experience in the field of air law (civil & military) and human performance.
- They have an open-minded personality and enjoy teaching.
- They possess fluent German and English language skills .
- Willingness to travel on business
