Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Sandpoint, Idaho for experienced UH-60 Technicians and Electricians supporting civilian conversion and heavy maintenance programs.
Responsibilities include:
• Performing heavy scheduled inspections (Phase/PMI) and depot-level maintenance on UH-60 aircraft
• Demodification of military systems and integration of civilian utility configurations
• Installation, modification, and troubleshooting of UH-60 electrical and avionics systems
• Removal and reconfiguration of military wiring, mission equipment, and associated components
• Incorporation of STCs, service bulletins, and engineering changes
• Structural and system modifications to support utility, firefighting, and external load operations
• Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and company quality standards
• Collaborating with engineering, quality control, and production teams to maintain operational excellence
This role requires a strong understanding of technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and aircraft maintenance documentation.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of hands-on UH-60 maintenance experience required
• Proven experience in heavy scheduled maintenance, phase inspections, and/or depot-level work
• Experience with demilitarization or modification of military aircraft systems highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in aircraft electrical systems, wiring troubleshooting, and system integration
• Ability to read and interpret UH-60 technical manuals, wiring schematics, and engineering drawings
• Background in electrical systems, avionics, or equivalent technical training
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
