Are you ready for takeoff with us?
We are seeking several Captains and First Officers for our offshore operations on the Norwegian shelf. We currently operate the Leonardo AW139 and will receive 2 Leonardo AW189 helicopters during the summer of 2025, which will be implemented in our offshore operations. By the end of 2026, we will have a modern helicopter fleet of 18 aircraft in total. The department consists of highly competent and experienced pilots who contribute to safe and efficient flying every day. You will become part of a professional and inclusive work environment in a company with short decision-making lines. The position is permanent and includes a rotation schedule with good time-off opportunities.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Execute offshore operations as Captain or First Officer in accordance with current laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Ensure the highest standard of flight safety in all phases of the operation.
- Actively contribute to a professional and collaborative environment on board.
- Handle and operate modern helicopter technology (AW139 and soon AW189).

Qualifications:
Captain
- ATPL(H)/IR/ME with a valid Medical Class 1
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time, of which:
- 1500 hours multicrew in a multi-engine helicopter
- 1000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
- 100 hours night flying in a helicopter
- 100 hours instrument flying in a helicopter
- Minimum 4 years of experience from offshore operations
- LPR Level 3 or higher in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
- LPR Level 4 or higher in English
First Officer
- CPL(H)/IR/ME with a valid Medical Class 1
- Completed ATPL theory (frozen ATPL) and MCC
- Minimum 1000 hours total flight time, of which:
- 500 hours in a helicopter
- 100 hours in turbine-powered helicopters
- 50 hours of night flying
- 50 hours instrument flying
- LPR Level 3 or higher in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
- LPR Level 4 or higher in English

- An Avinor ID card is required to work at the airport.
