HALO Air Ambulance is southern Alberta’s only dedicated helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) and public safety program, providing life-saving rapid-response to some of Canada’s most remote and rural communities. Operating in complex and demanding environments, our team maintains the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance. We are currently seeking a Transport Canada Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with rotary wing experience - specifically on BK117 aircraft - to join our high-performance team.
Position Summary
As a Licensed AME, you will be directly responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and airworthiness of HALO’s fleet of BK117 helicopters. You will ensure all maintenance is conducted in full compliance with Transport Canada regulations, Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) procedures, and HALO’s Safety Management System (SMS). The successful candidate will uphold industry-leading maintenance practices in support of HALO’s 24/7/365 mission-critical operations.
