The Aviation Maintenance Admin will provide support to the Maintenance Department.
Essential Functions
- Enter and maintain aircraft maintenance data in Aircraft Log Management software in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies and procedures
- Audit accuracy and completeness of historical records including flight logbooks, routine and non-routine work orders against system records
- Scan, manage, and maintain technical and trace documents in the company database
- Verify/calculate times and research original components, spare components, life limited and overhaul-required items
- Respond to inquiries regarding historical and statistical maintenance records with accurate and up-to-date information
- Prepare and distribute reports, ensuring compliance with required procedures
- Adhere to punctual attendance and work schedule commitments
- Perform other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets. The office is located at an airport and can be noisy.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role and performed in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. Must be able to focus for extended periods and manage tasks with minimal physical activity.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Adobe, and Windows system
- Highschool diploma or equivalency
- Valid drivers license and stable employment history
- Data entry experience required
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience in aviation industry
- Experience in record keeping and/or data entry
- Experience in general administration
