The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is the largest law enforcement agency in Flagler County, Florida and Sheriff Rick Staly supports his dedicated team with the backing of a strong, supportive community. As of December 2022, FCSO occupied its new 51,000sf state-of-the-art Operations Center. We use cutting-edge technology, well-equipped and modern patrol vehicles. We also have some of the best Law Enforcement equipment, such as a new state-of-the-art radio system installed in 2020, a new Lenco Bearcat and a new Mobile Command Center. Most recently, we acquired a new SWAT transport vehicle and a new Boston Whaler patrol boat to serve our community at the highest level!
